Great value for money, comfortable room, excellent location within walking distance of major attractions, helpful and friendly staff during luggage mishap.

Breakfast delights could be improved with better communication about buffet access for guests.

the room was brand-new and beautiful, could see the garden from the window.

Convenient location near downtown attractions, comfortable rooms and bed, helpful staff during lost luggage situation, delicious appetizers at the restaurant. Bar downstairs offers a small buffet and great people-watching opportunities. Supermarket nearby for convenience.

On my arrive they told me that i dont have reservation from booking !!! Sorry sir but you didnt reserve !!!! I show them my booking number .... And i wait around 1 hour ... Then they found it !!! They didnt even said sorry or anything else !!! I will never come back to this hotel !

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and the staff superfriendly, magnificent location to the city attractions. There was a well-kept and big room with 2 separate beds. The food was delicious, had variety of options. My stay was very mediocre here.  

The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was good! the rooms were huge with 2 separate beds, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel is located in a lively district, close to the metro and in the center of Milan, making it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant nightlife. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, offering a comfortable stay. The bathroom 

Location is perfect and so it the staff!

Parking EUR 30.-- and 15.-- for WIFI this should def be included!

The free use of internet facilities. The quick speed at which requests were dealt with. The friendliness of the staff. The great location.

The charge of 37 Euros for breakfast is unbelievable. We were warned by the porter that if we so much as moved a bag of peanuts we would be charged for it. (The hotel literally has a motion sensor installed for the mini bar / crisps / peanuts etc.) The hotel is an expensive stay which made us feel like we were only able to afford to share a room and use it only as a good location which is fine if that's all you need.

Great location, lush gardens, beautifully designed interiors, genuine staff, spacious suite, perfect neighbourhood.

Can’t fault the property.

We had a wonderful room, the hotel garden is this fantastic green oasis and really buzzing with the beautiful people of Milan at "aperitivo" time (bring cocktail dress). The food at the restaurant is also very good and the staff make you feel special and 

The staff went above and beyond to decorate my room for a special occasion. The breakfast was amazing and the gym had everything I needed. I was also upgraded to a spacious and lovely room.
